NB for FGIP application

How to Apply FGIP for nuclear- and hadron physics students, May-June, 2007

1. Get the application forms 1 and 2 from "How-to-apply" page of FGIP home page.
2. Fill in the application forms 1 and 2. You do not need to fill in form 3.
3. In the form, you need to put a name of host professor, while you can leave blank for the host student.
4. Send your applications to fgipnp "at" mail.nucl.ap.titech.ac.jp , not to each professor. The forms are then distributed to each professtor. The fax number, to which you send a sheet 1 with your signature, is +81-3-5734-2751. In the fax cover page, please write down the phrase "FGIPNP Application".
5. The deadline of the submission of the forms is March 31, 2007.
6. When we receive your application forms including the FAX part, we will notify you by e-mail.
