If you want to Edit or Create pages, you have to do following things.

 1. Create [[http://be.nucl.ap.titech.ac.jp/~hime/moin/moin.cgi/FrontPage?action=newaccount|New Account]]
 1. Send the account name by e-mail to the Administrator (Y. Kondo, Tokyo Tech)

After your account is registered in WritableGroup by the Administrator, you can Edit/Create/Delete pages.
